• Defective items may be exchanged for the exact same item within 30 days of purchase.

• If the exact item is unavailable, Daytona Magic reserves the right to provide a substitute item or store credit of equal value at management’s discretion.

• Refund requests, if approved by management, may take up to 30 days to process.

• Shipping charges (flat rate or otherwise) are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

• Shipping costs to or from Daytona Magic are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized by management.

• Items that are unavailable, discontinued, backordered, or out of stock from manufacturers or distributors may qualify for store credit only.

• Store credit may only be applied toward merchandise of equal value available at Daytona Magic.

• Convention registrations, lecture tickets, event passes, and show tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be transferred to future events.

• Daytona Magic is not responsible for manufacturer backorders, discontinued products, supplier delays, or shipping carrier delays.
