Spectator securely shackles performer's wrists together using solid steel chains. Each wrist is separately fastened with chain and the chain genuinely locks to hold it tightly. The wrists are held together by a steel link between the chains.

Everything is examined and yet everything is secure, however, performer is able to instantly release himself in full view and again everything may be examined. Really sensational.
