The magician shows a piece of rope. He holds both ends of the rope together and bunches the middle of rope in hand, then ties both ends. Holding the knot, he pretends to cut the middle of the rope with an invisible scissors. When he drops the rope, the long rope is now in two separate pieces. The loose ends are tied and the loop with two knots is wrapped around the hand. When unwrapped the rope is found in one continuous ring, which can be thrown to the audience for examination.

This item is made from special knitted rope, white with red ends. It can be seen very easily from a distance.
