This effect is based on the hypno wheel which Jerrey Andrus used as a part of his lecture on optical illusions. There are meny different ways it can be used such as a mass hypnotism of the audience. After staring at it spin for about thirty seconds when looking away at a different object the object moves in a weird way.

This disc is almost 14" in diameter and is beautifully silked screened on hardboard.
