You introduce to your spectators three "Religious" cards... just kidding, they're really holy...I mean they have holes in them. One black and two red. It is explained that the black card is the spirit of Houdini. The cards are threaded on a piece of yarn and rubber-banded together. Quick as a flash the black card escapes from the other two even though the spectator is holding on to both ends of the yarn.

Anyone can do this trick!
