In the effect you talk about psychics. I ask the spectators if they believe in psychics and then tell them that you have an invisible Psychic Cat with you. You have a spectator select a card and return it to the pack. After the card is returned, you cut the cards and spread the deck on the table. A small cat is seen on the back of one of the cards. This is your Psychic Cat! Turn the card over and of course, it is the selected card.
Now place the card on the table and have the spectator place his hand on top. You tell the spectator he has trapped the cat on the back of the card, yet when he turns it over the cat has vanished from the back. “I wonder where the cat went,” you exclaim. “Oh I know he is back in the card box, you know why?” You open the box and spill the cat out. You turn the box over and exclaim, “He had to go, and this is his litter box.” You show the picture of the litter box on the other side of the card box.

Psycho Kinesis is the ability to bend, change or move an object with your mind. With this little effect you prove it to the audience. A lock and key are both handed out for examination to a member of the audience. After they have been thoroughly examined and the spectator tries the key, you ask for him to place the lock in a martini glass and keep the key. The martini glass is covered with a cloth and you attempt to move the lock through psycho kinesis. All seems to fail.
When the glass is uncovered, miraculously the lock is seen locked to the stem of the glass. Not only did you move the object, but you unlocked it and re-locked it with your mind.

The magician then removes a pen from his pocket and points to the nickel, and reminds the spectator that the penny is still in the enclosed fist. The magician says "watch", and at the same moment the taps the nickel with the pen and it visibly changes to a penny.
