You may have seen a walking through a mirror illusion before but you have never seen one like this. Unlike other models this one goes beyond the traditional methods. Peter Loughran has come up with a brand new idea that has become a truly clever and convincing dramatic piece of magic. The performer brings out an approximately 50 inch square Plexiglas mirror to be inspected by a volunteer from the audience. Trust us, it is completely ungimmicked. The mirror is slid and locked in place in its frame which is just large enough to hold the mirror and is raised off the ground. A back light is switched on just behind the mirror and frame. A one sided curtain is placed in front of the frame and the mirror. The curtain is white so with the back light, the shadows of the frame and mirror are visible at all times.
It is impossible to move the mirror without detection. But in magic nothing is impossible. The performer now stands behind the mirror, and in a fluid fast or slow action the performer passes right through the mirror. The curtain drops to the floor immediately upon penetration showing that the mirror is still in place. The mirror can then be handed out once again for inspection.

Peter Loughran has been amazing his audiences with The Zombie Coffin in his Master of Illusions Tour since 1997 and now this fantastic illusion has been released to other performers around the world. As like with all of Peter’s illusions, the Zombie Coffin is exposure protected.
This is an illusion that uses an original new idea, developed and designed by Peter Loughran, and fabricated by illusion builder Shawn Larocque. This illusion will turn a basic Zombie ball routine into an incredible grand illusion. The Zombie Coffin allows you to show a "Zombie Type" object freely absolutely nothing attached to it. You slowly place the object into the open front window of the illusion. The object never leaves the audience's sight, yet it will visibly levitate inside the coffin. Placing a beautiful liquid metal cloth foulard over the top opening of the illusion, you command the object to levitate completely up and out of the coffin, taking the foulard with it! At no time is the performer near the object or the foulard during the levitation. When the object reaches the height of the levitation out of the coffin it will remain suspended in mid-air with the foulard draped over it without any visible means of support.
At this point with empty hands, the performer may now walk up and take hold of two corners of the foulard. A "Zombie Type Gimmick" will automatically be engaged undercover of the foulard, allowing you to walk away from the coffin with the floating object, and proceed with your usual Zombie moves and routines. For the finale The Zombie Coffin allows you to vanish the object and gimmick in an "Asrah" type of effect, that truly looks amazing and leaving you clean at the end of the performance.

Performer rolls out a tall, slender cabinet and releases its front roller blind to show the entire interior empty with a light staff. Shutting closed the front, the cabinet is then rotated completely around, proving that it is indeed empty. The light staff is then inserted into the top of the cabinet, thus illuminating the cabinet's interior. The audience can clearly see shadows suddenly appearing, twisting and turning from within, until it finally takes on a human shape. Then all of the blinds are raised up on all four sides, and the audience is surprised to see the performer's assistant inside, appearing from the depths of another dimension!

In Peter Loughran’s Beside Yourself a two dimensional drawing becomes a reality .How would you like to do a 21st century sawing in half illusion without having to use assistants or boxes? Well now you can. Introducing Peter Loughran’s Beside Yourself, an out in the open new generation sawing in half illusion that uses not assistants, and no boxes!
The performer displays a colorful black and purple upright easel displaying an interesting white drawing board. The performer proceeds to draw what appears to be the mid section of the performer himself on the right side of the drawing board. They outline the figure in black and then color the shirt and pants to match their own clothes perfectly. The performer now draws a knife in the center of the drawing board. The drawing board is now taken off of the easel and shown freely. The performer steps behind the drawing board matching his own body up with the drawing he made a few moments ago. His legs and upper body can be seen. He then pulls a curtain across the bottom of the drawing board that momentarily covers his legs. Suddenly the performer slides the top half of the drawing across to the other side of the drawing board passing over the picture of the knife. The performer now slides the top half of his own body over to the other side, apparently cutting himself in half. As the audience is screaming for him to open the curtain, he does just that. Shockingly the legs remain on the other side, while his severed body remains on the opposite side of the drawing board severed from his legs and eerily floating in mid air. It incredible! The drawing board is moved up and down slightly to show that what the audience is seeing must be real. The curtain is closed. The performer and the top half of the drawing, slide back to their original positions. The curtain is opened and the performer is once again in one piece.
