TEMPLE OF BENARES & DOLL'S HOUSE COMBO ILLUSION

This is a combination outfit of two different illusions, for the price of one. Both illusions are easy to perform, and can be presented with less than an hour's practice with a lady assistant. This will be ample to perform these flawlessly, although some more effort would be involved for the dramatics and presentation of large stage illusions.

The Doll's House is a miniature "house" as the name implies. Performer opens it to display it is filled with stuffed toys, or a large doll. The toys or doll are removed, the door closed, and a "live doll" (the performer's assistant) appears, crashing through the roof of the miniature house.

The Temple of Benares is a variation of the Dagger Chest, using a person instead of just the head of one. Performer displays a small "temple". Lady assistant (high priestess or devotee) enters the temple, apparently filling it up completely.

Now a dozen swords are pushed into the temple at all angles. Then the performer opens the doors of the temple, and the audience can see the swords going through at all angles, and filling it up completely. The lady has vanished. Temple is wheeled and shown all around. Doors are closed, swords removed, and lady emerges from temple completely unharmed.

The two illusions are sufficiently different in effect and appearance, so both can be used in the same show. We have designed them in a compact folding model, with parts that can be changed in less than a minute.

The props we supply comprise of the following

• The special "base" which is common to both illusions.
• Four legs with casters that plug into the base in an instant, allowing you to roll the illusion on stage, or all around during performance.
• The Doll's House shell (three parts that fit together in less than a minute). The shell slips over the base in an instant.
• The Temple shell, similar to the Doll's House shell, with different shape, color scheme etc., so it looks like a completely different prop.
• 12 Metal Swords.
• 2 Display Stands for the Swords, each in four parts that assemble instantly to form the upright stand, and dismantle for packing and transportation.

Compact & Portable : All the props occupy a space of 36" length, 30" width, and 21" height when folded. When assembled they make a large display on any stage. The illusion is supplied in sturdy carrying cartons, which you can load in a small van, or even the booth of a large car. BIRDCAGE AND THE KID

You arrive on stage where you show a giant birdcage, slightly open and obviously empty.

The cage, sitting on a table is empty, yet you could hear a bird singing out of it!

While you are next to the cage, you pull up a big red cloth around it.

You will not make appear a giant bird out of it, but a 10 years old kid!

CHAIR SUSPENSION (ALL METAL FOLDING CHAIRS)

How many times have you been at a party doing magic effects when someone asks you, "Can you float somebody." Now with this portable illusion you will be able to "float" either an assistant or one of the kids at the party.

What is nice about this illusion is that it fits into the trunk or back seat of your car. It sets up in a few minutes and with minimal instruction to the assistant it can be performed.

When the audience first sees the trick set up it appears as a board covered with a cloth, set upon two all metal folding chairs. The magi places his assistant onto the board and covers him/her with the cloth. First one chair is removed and then the board is removed. The assistant seems to be floating and leaning only on the one remaining chair. This is a fantastic illusion that truly packs flat and plays big.

Meggie, who is in the picture, weighs 105 pounds and she is balancing on the all metal chair suspension.  She knows the balancing point and is able to make the illusion really look fantastic. If using an audience member we recommend using a child of no more than about 70 pounds.
