FUTURE MENTAL

futuremental.jpg (8744 bytes)

A small wooden box is shown. On top of the box are three brightly colored crocheted balls. One red, one yellow and one blue. While your back is turned, a spectator selects one of the three balls. Free choice no force. The ball is shown around and placed back on the box.

The balls then are dropped into the spectator's hands. You open the box, and the spectator drops the balls into three holes in the box. The balls are dropped into the box in any order, and they are visible even as the lid is replaced on the box. Hand the box to the spectator to hold. Explain that you have a prediction in your pocket. Reach in and remove it. Ask the spectator to name their selected color. They do. Open your hand and show a ball the same color as the one they freely selected! Miracle number one!

Now ask the spectator to open the box. They remove the lid and there is one ball missing. Of course the missing ball matches their selected color! Miracle number two!

Immediately hand everything out for examination! The Balls... The Box... Everything.

Future Mental is a real miracle. It fooled me. It will fool you. And it will absolutely fool your audience. Very easy to perform. Immediately repeatable. Really a perfect close up mental effect.

This is the greatest counter trick ever invented. Three magician cards are shown, each a different color. Your spectator is asked to choose any one of the colors. Miraculously, you prove to the spectator that you knew which of the three colors he would choose. This is a complete self-working trick which, requires no forcing.

ITEM # UP242A PRICE $10.00

MONEY CUPS SOLID WOOD

This complete one-man presentation of apparent thought reading can be done without confederates. A spectator is handed a small wooden board and three wooden cups. He is asked to take a dollar from his wallet, fold it and place it under one of the cups. You, the magician or mentalist, have had your back turned throughout and yet can tell the spectator which cup his dollar is under. A further climax comes when the spectator is asked to concentrate on the serial number of his dollar bill before he puts it away. Slowly the performer is able to call off the entire serial number.

Everything is hand made from oak and inlaid with walnut.

ON BOARD

In this effect by El Duco the magi displays a large cloth bag and places it in full view of the audience, stating that he would like to try an experimentation in mind reading. The difference with this experiment, however, is that the participant will read the magi's mind!

He goes on to explain to the audience that inside the bag is a board on which he has written the name of a playing card (or a number, a geometric sign, almost anything) and hands the participant a note pad and pen. They are asked to concentrate on what the performer is thinking of and write it down on the pad, then show it to everyone else in the audience.

After the participant makes their best attempt, the magi hands the closed bag to the participant, who opens it up and takes the board out himself. On the board is written exactly the same message as on the note pad!

The message on the board is written in large, bold letters, suitable for stage performances. Anyone may examine everything. No fishing, stooges, carbon papers or electronics. Resets in seconds.

The size of the board is 18 x 25 cm (7 x 10 inches). It is complete with everything you need.
