In the effect, the performer hands a leather wallet and a pen to
a spectator. The spectator is then asked to think of ANY THING and to write it
down on the paper inside the wallet.
The spectator then closes the wallet making it impossible for anyone to see the
concealed paper inside and its written message. The spectator returns the closed
wallet to the performer which is immediately put in his or her pocket. At this
point Magic's greatest mind reading effect is demonstrated when the performer
announced the spectator's thought!

In this effect, three different cards and shown, one with a red Lamborghini, another with a white Ferrari, and still another with a yellow Corvette. They are laid out in a row. The cars are then placed into envelopes and given to the spectator to mix. He now drops two of the three envelopes on the table and the third one on top of your sealed prediction envelope. The car that you predicted before the trick began. Of course they match.
There are no forces used! The spectator has an absolute free choice.

SUPREME SLATE OF MIND
The magician says that he will make three predictions. He shows a board with six spaces. There are three for him and three for the spectators. He writes a prediction in the first space and covers it up. A spectator names any word, number, place, color, drawing or anything he wants. It is written in the space above the magician's prediction.
The magician makes a second prediction, writes it in the second space and covers it up. Again, the spectator names any word, number, place, color, drawing or anything. And again, it is written in the space above the magician's prediction. The magician now makes a third prediction, writes it in the third space and covers it up. And again, the spectator names anything and it is written in the space above the magician's prediction. The magician then reveals that all three of his predictions match the spectator's.

The performer shows a group of almost fifty word cards, one word to a card. The participant is handed all the cards and is asked to think of any one word. The performer proceeds to reveal the word without any hesitation, beginning with individual letters and then revealing the entire word!
This can be done with your back turned, in a different room, over the phone, etc. and is suitable for both smaller and larger audiences. In addition to the clever method, Sam has refined the revelation procedure to look like you knew the word right from the beginning! The word cards are nicely printed on stock and laminated.
