Kelly Duro, (born in Chicago 1959) has performed his one-man stage concert, (the Majiloon balloon illusion show) across the USA for hundreds of thousands of folks from every venue imaginable for 25 years. While inventing special effects and magical devices to enhance his live performance, thousands of other performing artists, professional speakers, and specialists in over 28 countries have sought to obtain them as well.

During the last 10 years his inventions have received rave reviews with featured articles written in; Magic and Genii magazines, Magic Talk.com, the Nail writer, Jeff McBride's Magical wisdom on-line-(Sound advice), outlined in Ken Webbers- Maximum Entertainment, the UK's Magic Week web site positive review, an honorable mention in Balloon HQ.com. He has been an advisor for Sony Corporation, Anchor audio, Apple computer, and Pioneer Balloon Company, but also lends his time to improve the entertainment industry for many eager students while conducting a precious few lectures, and one of a kind play-shops. In the last 4 years his sales have reached over $725,000 while manufacturing them with his own two hands for customers in 28 countries. His expertise stems from his schooling background in Architecture from 1976-81, where he was also employed as an architectural and structural steel engineer. He was an award winning electro-mechanical engineer for Xerox through the early 1990's. However, his studies never strayed far from his avocation of music technologies during those years and he began to incorporate them into his performing career, which started in 1980. He has been a fulltime professional free-lance entertainer since 1990. While performing the Fun Factory Show on the West coast, he learned advanced production and performance skills. As a solo performer, he soon learned the value of a music remote control. In 1992 he discovered the Mini disc (fast digital random access music recorder) and has developed wireless remote control for those systems ever since. Today his Virtual Soundman corporation line of products has received acclaim everywhere it is featured, from performing artists/ professional speakers and the like around the World.
