The Honest Deceivers is a group of artists who are masters of a variety of magic genres such as manipulation magic, card tricks, close-up magic and other forms of the art. They also do pantomime, clownery, acrobatics, dance and a performance with giant dolls. This makes their magic show a variable delight.

The show contains humorous magic where most of the effects have a plot. There are a lot of effects that involve the audience into the show. Assisting Pavel are the following artists.

Alex Karpenko is the art director of the show, director of the National Academy of Theatre Arts, Honored Artist of Russia, National prize winner, Laureate of Russian and International Competitions of Music-Hall Artists

Irene Dagaeva is the choreographer of the show. She is a member of National Academy of Theatre Arts, Honored artist of Russia, prize winner of Russian and International Competitions of Music-Hall Artists

Ury Savitsky is a master of MAGIC and a prize winner of International Competitions of Illusion Show Artists

Inga Savitskaya is a prize winner of International Competitions of Illusion Show Artists.

ABOUT THE SHOW

"Antre - Kan-Kan" - a parody on magicians by means of clowning around.
Ropes - a funny trick with ropes and stripping a spectator as a result.
Manipulation - tricks based on sleight of hands involving cards, balls, coins etc. Appearance of doves.

"Zmey Gavrilyich" -  is a giant doll and the main character of a Russian fairytale. It is a big snake with tree heads that looks like a dragon. It means a bad person in everyday life. This item is a humorous folk verse about advantages and disadvantages of polygamy and the evil features of this snake character.

"They Make a Pair" - Fox Alice & Cat Basilio are the main characters of a popular Russian fairytale. They get money by tricking people but cannot find a way to profit at present time.

"Siamese Twins" - two curly headed blonds show funny tricks with the help of their two hands, two legs, two heads and same body.

"National Peculiarities of Fishing" - an original way of fishing with help of alcohol.

"Heart" - transformation of female images with help of costume changes, tricks and moves.

"Love Sketches" - a lyrical item, based on hand plasticity.

"Lambada" - two large bright pink dolls dance the Lambada. As a result a little ostrich appears.

"Kukarella" - manipulation with silk scarves. There are so many of them that you can't see the artist behind them.

"Magic Costume" - a trick where the spectator becomes a conjurer so that he can do tricks himself. It is very funny to watch him put on the magic costume.

"Variety Show Stars" - a parody on Russian pop stars performed by two giant orange monkeys.

"A Present" - the artists provoke the audience so that the audience is sure they solved the riddle. But the finale is unexpected.

The equipment that these artists use makes it possible to do many different shows. A show can vary from 30 minutes up to an hour and a half. Both children and adults will find the show amazing. The artists have been guests of many TV shows such as "Magic Show," "Sweet Advertising" and the "Igor Kio Show."
