Ken grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and his interest in magic began at the young age of eight when his mother bought him his first magic trick. Ken found himself going to the local magic shop whenever he had spare money to update his magic repertoire. He often found himself showing off his magic talent at school for classmates. Ken's interest grew even larger as he got older when he had the chance to travel the country on tour. Ken was Fifteen when he was on tour with Daytona Magic. They performed and lectured at magic clubs and conventions all over the country including the prestigious “Magic Castle”, in Los Angeles, California. While on tour, Ken had the chance to meet and learn from several famous celebrity magicians such as Harry Anderson, from the TV program "Night Court", Jay Johnson of "Soap", Harry Blackstone Jr., David Copperfield, & Doug Henning.

When Ken returned home from the tour, he decided that he wanted to do magic professionally, so he put his own show together with illusions, music, comedy, live animals and audience participation. In 1985 he was employed by the Burger King Corporation as the “Burger King Magician.” Ken was twenty when he was employed by Star 94 FM, a local radio station. He was the assistant morning show producer to the Steve McCoy Morning Show. Several television appearances on NBC NEWS were one of the highlights of his career. Ken was proud to be accepted as a member to the esteemed “International Brotherhood of Magicians” and is also is member of the Georgia Magic Club.
