This box can be used for many effects. It can be shown empty and when reopened it is full. You can use foam items, spring flowers, rubber fruit, silks or even a bird or small animal. It can also be used in conjunction with the famous Peanut Butter and Jelly Trick.

The box is 9" x 4" x 7" and is made from the finest wood with brass hardware. It has a picture of a clown, or for non-clowns it is decorated with colorful stars. The design is silk screened in vibrant colors. These lunch boxes are beautifully hand crafted and have a sure-fire gimmick, which allows you to show the box both empty and full.

Two helpers are chosen from the audience and are positioned on opposite sides of the stage. A large heavy card (5 3/4" x 8 3/4") displaying a mischievous monkey is introduced and placed inside an empty envelope. This is given to one assistant to hold. An empty envelope is then given to the helper on the other side of the stage. Chico the Chimp is to perform a daring escape from one envelope to the other. After some comical by-play it seems that Chico has failed because the card seems to still be in the original envelope.

The card is removed from the original envelope only to find that Chico is gone and a "frame", the shape of Chico, is left on the card. Chico has escaped; however, the other envelope is still empty. More comedy follows using the helpers and finally Chico is found hanging on the second helper's back. This is a wonderful routine for getting children involved in your act. It is good clean fun. A perfect addition to any clown magic act. Also for use by magicians that specialize in performing for children.

You introduce a blackboard with the word "red" written upon it in white letters. The board is covered over with a silk handkerchief or piece of material and quite obviously turned around. When the board is uncovered, the word "red" is really red. It is actually printed in the color red. The board is again covered with the silk and turned around, changing the letters back to white. Although this can be repeated a few times, the audience will almost immediately know that the magician is turning the board around. Sooner or later the kids in the audience will yell for the magician to turn the board around. All the standard turn-around jokes are used and eventually the surprise ending is used.

When the performer turns it around, he explains that when he did this for his teacher, she would get mad too and her face would turn red. The backside of the board is now a picture of a teacher who is red in the face! This is a well-made item that has the kids rolling in the isles. There are many different routines you may use with this effect. It is all silk screened onto durable material. A cute little effect for all of your children shows.

The performer shows a simple black and white drawing of a room ready for a birthday party except there are no balloons, no decorations, no presents, and the cake has no candles! A volunteer writes his name across the cake, draws candles on the cake (the number of his age), and writes his age on a party hat, with different colored crayons of his choice. The performer asks the child to hold the picture while everyone says the magic words.

There are many picture coloring effects, but this one is very unique, has some additional surprises, and makes a very strong visual impact. In effect the performer displays a large photo frame. The framed picture displays a lot of random black marks, as if ink or paint has been splattered on a blank paper. Is it modern Art? The performer asks the audience to guess what the picture is, but they obviously haven't a clue.

As the audience is making a wild guess, the picture instantly and visibly transforms into an understandable picture. This depicts a "Birthday Bear", complete with Birthday Cake, balloons and gifts. However, the picture is just a drab black and white drawing, - obviously not good enough to be framed. The performer waves the picture, and it instantly gets transformed into a fully colored one.
