A beautiful set of four pictures, one of a prisoner, the other three of empty jail cells, silk screened in four vivid colors on durable white cardboard stock measuring 9" x 14" is shown to the audience. A story is told how this prisoner was one of the hardest men to keep in jail.

One of the empty jail cells is placed aside, and a game is begun with the children to see if they can keep track of the prisoner. Although you have three cards left in your hand, no matter which card the audience selects as the "prisoner" card it will be of an empty jail cell. Even as the cards are eliminated one by one the audience will not be able to find the prisoner.

Finally the prisoner is shown to be secured behind bars on the first card that was removed even though the card was placed in a large envelope which remained in full sight of the audience.

There are many different lessons that can be taught to children with the theme that "CRIME DOESN'T PAY".

DIE BOX (MAK) by JACK LEICK

In all magic there is probably no "sucker" effect to compare with this splendid trick. There are several methods on the market having varied features, but we offer what we believe to be the finest and best outfit for packing the greatest effect. A hat or other container is placed on your table. A solid wooden die is introduced, also a handsome red box having two compartments and four doors. These four doors are opened and with the audience looking in the front, the die is placed within the box. With the four doors open, the audience is given a view of the die inside the box. The doors are then closed.

The magician now commands the die to leave the box, opening first one side then the other showing the box to be empty? The audience hears the die slide from one compartment to the other. After the usual by play the magician shows the die has vanished and appeared back in a hat or container. This is a nice Die Box for the price. A fine quality product.

MINI SUPER BUBBLE

Never before have there been such magical bubbles as these. Remove the bubble wand from the mini portable bubble dispenser and blow a stream of bubbles high into the air. Allow a spectator to catch one of these bubbles on the tip of their finger. The bubble will remain there unbroken. Reach for this bubble and as you remove  it from their finger tip the bubble can be seen to be completely solid. The little solid bubble can be handed out for examination!

SUCKER FLAT DICE TRICK

This is an excellent sucker effect, similar in presentation theme to the popular Hippity Hop Rabbits. You present it as a "two dimensional variation" of another popular effect, the Die Box. The props pack flat occupying negligible space at the bottom of your brief case and the effect can be presented close-up or on a platform for a reasonably large audience.

The apparatus supplied by us for this effect comprises of the following:

1. Two folder covers. one red on both sides and the other green on both sides.  

2. Two specially made flat dice. These are gaffed so that you can show either side, either color, and also the surprise ending where both sides are multi-colored. 

You begin by asking your audience if they are familiar with the famous Die trick. where a die magically travels from one compartment to the other in a two compartment box and then vanishes altogether and appears somewhere else. This is a classic sucker effect, and you are bound to find someone in the audience who has seen it before.

You claim you are going to perform a more difficult version of this famous trick. You now point to the two folders, which are side by side, resting upright against a stand or two glass tumblers. Their edges touch, giving the impression of a single long folder. You say that while the original effect is done with just one dice. you are going to perform this with two different dice, to make it twice as difficult. To make it even more difficult, you are going to separate the two compartments so nobody can secretly slip something from one compartment into the other. As you say this you move the two folders a few inches apart so that there is a clear space between the two.

At this point you change the colors back and forth and of course the kids think you are only turning the dice around.  After the yelling stops and the kids settle down, you show them that both dice are multi-colored.
