We are delighted to bring you this very off-beat Egg Bag variation sparked by The Hen Bag, described by the late Edwin of the Supreme Magic Company in his book, Edwin's Magic.
Coupled with the revived interest in Dinosaurs, and the fact that some Dinosaurs are odd, four-footed creatures that lay eggs, this can be a very novel and topical effect. The effect starts off like the classic egg bag routine. Performer displays a rare egg (a fossilized Dinosaur Egg) and a green bag (the nest he found the egg in!)
He places an egg in the bag. The egg vanishes and reappears several times in the bag, like any standard egg bag routine. For the climax, the performer turns the bag inside out, and it changes into a caricature puppet of a Dinosaur. You can place your and into the puppet and operate the mouth with your fingers, and even do a spot of vent if you have the ability. A comical and inventive variation of the egg bag effect.
