The Miracle Screen is a take-off on the idea of the Temple Screen ... many years before that it was known as the Buddha Screen ... going back over sixty years, the idea was once known as the Wonder Screen.
It is very attractive piece of apparatus and each panel measures 8 1/2 by 14 inches. When folded into a triangle (with the Devil sides showing) you produce, from apparently nowhere, many devilish items. Then the screen is tuned around and on the reverse side of the panels are Christ head pictures and it is then again folded into a triangle and form this you produce items of the Christian, i.e., small Bible, beautiful silks. Some produce hat coils and also doves. This is the largest and most expensive item that we now offer to the Gospel magic fraternity. When not in use, it folds perfectly flat and is very easy for carrying and packing.

Four cards are shown -- 3 with pictures of drugs, alcohol, pot, etc., and one of a frustrated young man being challenged to "Try it." He is named Frustrated Freddie, as this is what happens to so many of our young people when first approached on this subject.
The magician goes through the routine of the drug problem and counts the cards one at a time. Frustrated Freddie decides "No way are they going to get me hooked" and is reversed in the packet. When the cards are counted out again, Freddie has decided to get lost and disappears! When the cards are counted out again, they are all "Drug, Alcohol, Pot" cards and Freddie is nowhere around that bunch. When Freddie appears again, he has a big smile on his face saying "Just Say No." This is really easy to do and very professionally made.

These books are dedicated to sharing magic with a message and humor to better prepare clowns and magicians for the Gospel ministry. The first book contains twenty 8 1/2" x 11" pages with 10 Gospel ideas and seventeen humorous ideas, for both clowns and magicians.
Book Two, which is also twenty pages in length, contains twenty-five different effects, many done with ordinary props for the Gospel magician or clown. Book Three is written out of the experiences of Rev. David and Mary Boyd as children's evangelists coming into churches to do a kid's crusade and as children's pastors.
The booklet is written in such a way that pages may be copied and handed out as instructions to people in your church. You are walked through page by page how to present the crusade: promotion, registration, ushers, contests and use of clowns, etc. There are also beautiful flyers, which can be copied.

This effect was first introduced at the 2002 children's pastor's conference in Cincinnati in April of 2002. It was smashing success. Take a good look at the picture. A picture is worth a thousand words. In this case we would need ten thousand. In short, the routine goes as follows:
Imagine a two-sided object One side is purple, the other is red. You explain how purple is symbol of royalty. A purple robe a king would wear. Who is above all kings but the King of kings, the Lord of lords? You then show the other side which his red. The Bible says our sins are red as scarlet. We cannot have a relationship with Jesus because our sins separate us from his love.
You might think this Is the only story you could tell with this object. Just wait it gets better. You then fold the Flexagon and unfold it immediately. The side facing the audience is now white. The Bible says you're sins were red as scarlet and now white as snow. You fold it again the side is now blue. Your sins are washed away you explain.
But wait! It gets better yet As the story "unfolds" you then talk about growth. Green is the next color shown. You talk about growth. How you can tell others about Jesus. The story climaxes when you talk about streets of gold. The Flexagon now opens up to a brilliant reflective gold!
This is really a fantastic effect! The routine you receive is more in depth than above as we just gave you an overview. This is for the serious outreach worker.
