GOSPEL MAGIC
Three large jumbo cards (7" x 10 1/2") are shown. Each have printed crosses on them but the center card is in a different color easily depicting it as Christ on the cross between the two thieves. Usually a child is asked to come to the platform and hold a large folder with a picture of THE TOMB printed on it. The tree cards are placed in the tomb as the crucifixion story is told. The two thief cards are removed leaving only the Christ card in the tomb. However when the Christ card is removed it is a card with the words, "HE IS NOT HERE". When the audience thinks that the Christ card is on the reverse side and indicate they would like to see it turned over, the words "HE IS RISEN" appears on the back.
This is one of the most popular Gospel tricks that we carry. Probably next to the coloring book, it is the best seller to Gospel magicians and clowns. It is very visual and easy to do, packs flat and will last a lifetime. This should be in every Gospel performers' bag of tricks.

The performer displays a long strip of paper with the bold word BIBLE printed on it and proceeds to explain how over the thousands of years evil forces have tried to destroy it.
While you are talking you proceed to tear the BIBLE strip into small pieces as though you are destroying it. After folding the pieces down to a small packet, performer opens the torn paper and shows it completely restored as he continues to tell that by our teaching and telling THE STORY, man will never be able to destroy the word of GOD.

Here is a trick that is one of the most wonderful witnessing tools ever! It is an adaptation of an old optical illusion that has been around for a long time. But now there is a real reason for attempting this puzzle.
A Gospel Dollar has been cut into four pieces. If you assemble the pieces with the back (green side) showing, the four pieces make a complete dollar bill. If you turn them over and assemble them with the front showing (the black side), there is a rectangular piece missing in the center. REMEMBER ~ Spectator is the one who does the actual assembling of the pieces. The SURPRISE comes when spectator assembles the face-up bill and it has a HOLE in it ~ JESUS' PICTURE IS MISSING
Here's where the message starts: "There is a 'hole' in this bill. It is not a WHOLE bill . . . and this is the way with many people. There are holes in their lives because JESUS IS MISSING!" Continue patter. You then produce a small envelope. Inside the envelope is the missing piece with the picture of Jesus on it and it fits perfectly in the center of the bill.
Great for auditorium or classroom.

WATER IN PAPER (I'LL BE WITH YOU ALWAYS)
A newspaper is opened and shown to the audience. The performer folds the newspaper and pours a glass of clear water into it. The newspaper is now unfolded, shown on both sides and even turned upside down. The water has mysteriously vanished. The performer refolds the newspaper, picks up the glass and pours red liquid out of the newspaper into the glass.
