INFLATED DOLLAR

This has been a sell-out at every convention. It was shown to me by a good friend Greg Solomon. A dollar bill is shown and on the count of three it "VISUALLY" changes into a GIANT dollar bill which measures 12 x 5 inches.

ITEM # G 041A PRICE $8.00

SQUARE CIRCLE CANE by JUAN MAYORAL

The magician shows a metal ring and instantly turns it into a square. He then places a silk on the lower edge of the square and tosses it into the air, where it turns into a cane! (Silk not included).

This is one of the most baffling cane effects on the magic market today. You will be proud to own this European effect.

ITEM # I 027C PRICE $125.00

BLOCK THROUGH GLASS  by IRV COOK

Houdini walked through a brick wall and David Copperfield through the Great Wall of China and now you too can pass one solid through another. This effect was on the market many years ago and because I have not seen it recently we jazzed it up to bring you a new version.

A solid three inch wooden block along with a five and one-half inch square piece of Plexiglas are offered for examination. The audience is told that you will take one of these solids and pass it visibly through the other. Two ten inch high by three and one-quarter inch square beautifully decorated wooden tubes are shown to the audience. The tubes have holes in the front to facilitate the actual movement of the block through the tubes.

One tube is stacked on top of the other with the solid piece of Plexiglas in between. The audience is told to both watch and listen as they will actually see and here the block penetrate the glass. The solid block is dropped into the top tube; the audience sees it past the first window. It hits the Plexiglas and they hear it. Finally they see it pass the window in the bottom tube and hear it hit the table.

This is wonderful visual magic which is very baffling and yet very, easy to do. It can be performed either parlor or stage.

THE SILK VANISHING CASSETTE by GEORGE ROBINSON

silkvancassette.jpg (6842 bytes)

The performer displays a small brass tube in which he stuffs a 12" handkerchief. The hank is seen protruding from both ends. Metal caps are now placed on both ends of the tube, which is tossed into the air. The tube is now uncapped and it is clearly seen that the handkerchief has vanished. The performer may allow a spectator to open the tube, as there is nothing for him to find.

There are no pulls, switches etc. involved. One of the cleanest silk vanishes ever. The real beauty is in the 'delayed' vanish, where the silk is seen right up to the last second, just before the final cap goes on. Viking manufactures this excellent brass effect. You will be proud to own this effect.

ITEM # FF025B PRICE $35.00

HOU-DUNNIT

This item came from the fertile mind of Ian Adair. It applies the "Visual Painting Principle" in a novel manner.

The performer displays a picture of Houdini, handcuffed and padlocked inside an "open prison cell". Magi explains how no restraints could hold Houdini, embellishing his narrative with some of Houdini's legendary escapes.

The picture is now pushed visibly into a cut out frame that resembles the front door of a prison cell. The audience can clearly see the picture go into the frame. Houdini escapes (vanishes), leaving the handcuffs and padlocks behind.
