THE INVISIBLE THREAD REEL (INDIA)
The Invisible Thread Reel gives you a usable length of invisible thread in a convenient and compact manner. As the name implies, invisible thread is invisible under proper performing conditions. Therefore, it is inconceivable for the spectators to see it. Because you cannot see or feel and pick up invisible thread like you would some other gimmick, this reel is designed to allow you to easily access the thread when you require it.
Invisible thread is used for levitation and animation effects, often right under a spectator's nose. The most famous of the effects with Invisible thread was Fred Kap's Floating and Dancing Cork, where a cork floated in mid air right under a spectator's nose. (They didn't have Invisible Thread Reels then, so handling the thread was much more crude!) Today there are several such effects for animating or levitating light objects like currency notes, cigarettes, match sticks, fine silks, etc. Amongst the most famous of these are Kevin James Floating Rose, and Michael Ammar's Floating bill. Their working becomes simpler with this reel.
