This is "A CUT ABOVE THE REST" the best cut and restored tie we have ever seen! You can use the same tie over and over again! And the cutting and restoring is done in front of the audience. No Change Bags and no exchange in your pocket. You hold a piece of paper in front of your tie and ask a helper to cut the paper across, he does this and when you take the two pieces of paper away you have one piece in one hand and one piece and the cut tie in the other!
HORROR! You cut my tie! All that is left is the knot and a very short end. After much by-play you just stroke the front of your shirt where the old tie was and a new tie appears as if by magic, yes magic. Another way is to have a stooge wear the tie , and it would look as if you were cutting off the tie from a member of the audience and then you could restore it! This is fantastic comedy and wonderful magic.

In this effect by Derek Rutt when you hand the tray to your helper you have three cups or other props on the tray. You ask them to name one and tell them DO NOT TOUCH IT!
As you start to go away the tray breaks open and FOUR giant, colored SNAKES jump into the air...all the props fall to the floor with a loud clattering noise. You can do it again and again it is easy to reset. A wonderful running gag, every time you walk away the cups or props fall to the floor, but without the snakes just the props . A very-very funny prop. You can use it as a normal tray until you want it to ERUPT! This effect is ideal for adults or children. Remember the tray is only 4.5 centimeters thick and can sit on your table flat.
The snakes are very soft and are entirely safe for the children. Can also be used in your adult show.

You can pick up the mike stand and it appears to be a normal mike and stand. When you go to speak you find the mike does not work, so you take the mike out of the stand, there is a loud BANG! As if there is a short circuit WOW what is the matter? So you pick up the stand and HORROR! there is another loud BANG! And the top of the stand flies into the air and the legs break and fall to the floor! This is a wonderful sight gag for anyone who does comedy.

The Knight/Moyer team has done it again with this clever idea using a borrowed ring.
In the effect the magician borrows a ring from anyone in the audience. Performer comments that it's a nice ring and wants a better and closer look. Going over to his table he turns on a small table lamp to help give him more light to see the ring. Performer offers to polish the ring and takes a polishing cloth and shines it up a bit. The ring is then left in the middle of the cloth and given to the spectator to hold.
For those magicians who think they are already a step ahead, please note that all 4 corner of the polishing cloth are hanging down and can be seen.
Performer picks up a small box and shows it empty. He states the ring will fly from the spectator's hand and magically appear in the empty box. The box is placed on the table next to the lamp. Performer snatches the cloth and shakes it. The ring has vanished.
At that very moment--the lamp on the table GOES OUT! Magician doesn't see this as his back is to the lamp but the audience sees it go out. He then goes over and proudly opens the box to show the ring inside.
What? The box is empty! Something must have gone wrong. Just then the magician notices the lamp has gone out. He says, "Oh no, this has happened before." Casually showing both hands empty he goes over and shakes the lamp--a rattle is heard coming from the bulb.
Magician unscrews the bulb, and very cleanly allows it to be seen his hands are empty. Magician says he will break the bulb open and see what's inside. He shows a small napkin EMPTY and wraps the bulb in it to protect the audience from flying glass. One last time while the bulb is wrapped in the napkin, he shakes it so they can hear something inside the bulb.
Taking a hammer, the bulb is partially broken, leaving most of it intact. The partially broken bulb is removed from the napkin and shown to the spectator. They can see their ring INSIDE THE BULB! Taking a pair of tweezers he carefully removes the borrowed ring from the broken bulb and returns it unharmed to the spectator.
Important Points
Also includes a bonus routine where the ring is cleaned via heat. The paper burst into flames, the ring vanishes and is found inside the lamp.
The effect comes complete with special table lamp, special polishing cloth, tweezers, napkins, small box, hammer, and all needed gimmicks.
