COIN MAGIC
COIN FLUX 2 by WAYNE DOBSON
Although this effect uses a principle that I published in my lecture notes of Impromptu Magic the 1960's it adds some other mechanical gimmicks that truly make it so that it can be called a new principle for the classic Matrix Effect!
Three Quarters and three Bicycle cards are clearly set on your table. The coins move from card to card and finally collect all together under one card! There are no complicated moves or sleights with this fantastic effect! You can perform Coin Flux 2 on any table and no soft close-up pad is needed.

A borrowed quarter or any other coin of similar size is placed on a pedestal and covered with a cap. When the cap is lifted the coin is seen to have vanished. The cap is seen to be clearly empty.
When you pick up the pedestal and "accidentally" shake it, a coin is heard rattling inside the pedestal. You open the base of the pedestal, and a clear plastic disc appears which says " Thanks for the Quarter".
You can also use the same apparatus to produce, vanish or change a coin.
