A small cloth bag with a nylon mesh front is shown to be empty. An invisible coin is flipped into the air and "caught" in the bag (the coin actually appears visibly in the bag). This is done a second time and in full view of the spectators. The coins can now be made to "instantly" vanish.
This bag can also be used to change two quarters into a half or to vanish instantly and visibly any number of small items. We introduce this quality piece of magical apparatus to you complete with two foreign coins.

Six coins are shown. Three copper English pennies and three silver half-dollars. The three copper coins are laid out in a row and covered with a board. The three silver coins are also covered. The magician removes one of the half-dollars and places it under the board with the coppers. Upon removing the board, the half is shown to have changed into a copper half.
Now, one of the English pennies is removed and placed under the board with the halves, when its board is removed the English penny is shown to have changed into a silver penny. One of the halves is scooped up and tossed into the hand. Upon opening the hand, this coin is now gold. You are provided with six special coins to do this trick.
