Chop Cup routines are performed with one cup instead of the usual three used in Cups and Balls routines. The mechanical construction of the Chop Cup Mug allows you to perform penetrations, productions and vanishes of a ball from under the cup. The cup is about 4.25 inches high.

The magician displays a pair of tiny bowls, which he states are his Magic Hatchery. The bowls are separated, and a tiny egg is found between them. The egg is removed, and the bowls placed mouth to mouth, and when separated another egg appears.
This is removed, and the bowls placed mouth to mouth once again. The magician comments that he could go on producing tiny eggs from his hatchery, but it would be better to produce the source they come from. When the bowls are separated once again, a tiny hen is found sitting between them.
