CLOSE-UP MAGIC

In this effect the performer displays a blank piece of paper freely on both sides. It is one of the best and most profitable tricks you will ever learn. You will change a blank piece of paper into money by magic. You fold the blank paper, blow on it, and when you open it out again, the blank paper has changed into a Dollar Bill, which is again displayed on both sides.
"That was a very good trick, when I first learnt it many years ago. Unfortunately with inflation being what it is, a Dollar is as good as a piece of blank paper today. So now I have graduated to transforming a Dollar Bill to a Fifty Dollar one.". The Dollar Bill is again folded, blown on, and when opened is found to be a $50.00 Bill. This is again displayed on both sides, then tucked away (with smug satisfaction) in your pocket or wallet.
The prop supplied is ready to work, and does it all for you. Although the bills supplied are play money (what would you expect for this price ?!!!), you could also make this up with real money, folded and pasted just like the item supplied for a bigger impact, if you don't mind the investment.
Not an earth shattering mystery, but an extremely usable effect, with intrinsic audience appeal, at a very low price. Something you can carry in your wallet, and perform any time, any place, for any type or size of audience.
ITEM # OO001A PRICE $3.00

From the fertile mind of Ian Adair comes this cute close up effect. And here is the effect in his own words... "Three chips lay on the performer's table. Two are red, on both sides that are shown. The odd one is black on both sides and is shown. These are displayed in a line onto the table surface, the black in central position and the reds on the outside. An examined pocket-handkerchief is draped over the chips.
Showing his hands empty, the performer reaches beneath the hank and brings out the black chip. This he vanishes. When the hank is withdrawn, the black chip has returned, back in its original place, between the reds. This is repeated again. It is repeated for a third time, each time the black chip being removed and vanished, only to reappear back again.
The tables are turned, the magician stating that this time he will remove both red chips, leaving only the black chip draped. The two red chips are removed and vanished. The audience thinks that the reds will return to their place under the hank... but no, for when the hank is undraped and thrown out to the audience, all chips have gone. There is no sign of any of them.
The effect is very easy to perform with the special plastic chips. Easy to follow instructions are supplied. Every close-up performer must have a set!
ITEM # I 005A PRICE $3.00

Another Chip effect from Ian, and this one with a mental flavor. In the effect the performer displays four red chips with four different colored spots, and four black chips with matching colored spots. After displaying all the chips on both sides, (the spots are of the same color on both sides of each chip), the four black chips are placed on the table, and covered by a borrowed pocket-handkerchief.
The performer places one of the red chips under the handkerchief, stating it is a duplicate of what will be selected. A spectator is invited to name any of the four spot colors on the black chips. The performer reaches under the handkerchief and removes three of the black chips, one at a time, showing each chips on both sides. These are the three colors not selected by the spectator, leaving the selected color behind.
The handkerchief is now removed, to display the black chip, and the red one which the performer had placed under the handkerchief, before the spectator had even thought of a color. And the colors on both the chips are a perfect match. There is no guesswork, no forces, and you could repeat the effect if you liked, with a different result every time.
And with each set we give you another bonus effect with the same apparatus, where a spectator matches all the four colors of the red and black chips, in an amazing demonstration of hidden psychic abilities. The effect is supplied complete with all the special plastic chips and detailed instructions.
