First show the audience how the FINGER DISECTO works by cutting three pieces of carrot or three cigarettes, one where the victim's finger is inserted, one above the finger and one below.
The victim's finger is now inserted in the FINGER DISECTO. A carrot stick or cigarette is placed in the top hole and one in the lower hole. Deliberately the magician forces the knife through the first carrot stick or cigarette, cutting it cleanly in two pieces.
Now the blade passes through the victim's finger (?) and then through the other carrot stick or cigarette in the lower hole. WORKS AS SIMPLE AS IT READS. Attractively finished.

The
performer shows a small wallet with a square opening on each side. There is a
flap over one of the openings. The small double-sided mirror, attached to a
ribbon, is passed out for inspection. It is found to be solid. The mirror is
placed into the wallet with only the ribbon exposed. A die is passes out for
inspection.. The wallet is turned so the flap is upward and the die is placed in
the opening, on top of the wallet, under the flap, resting on top of the mirror.
The
spectator is now instructed to hold onto the ribbon sticking out the front of
the wallet. The spectator is also instructed not to let go of the ribbon at all
for the duration of the trick. The spectator is also told that if he or she
drops the mirror, it will be 14 years of bad luck because it is double-sided!
Suddenly
the die begins to slowly sink into the mirror, first a little, and then half,
finally the die passes completely thru the mirror, failing to the table or
floor. The die and mirror are again passed for examination.
