This is a great effect by Gordon Bean. After naming any one of the Queens, a spectator mysteriously divines its position among four face-down cards. As an additional climax, all the other cards are shown to be jokers.

Any Card at Any Number! At the beginning of your card set you display a blue backed deck and place it into your pocket for later. You then remove a red deck and blow everyone away with all your hottest stuff. Just before you end you suggest an experiment, a long shot if you will. Something that, should it work will guarantee many a sleepless night. You ask a spectator to just THINK of ANY CARD. Then you ask them to just THINK of ANY NUMBER between 1 and 52. The choices are written on the back of a Joker and left in plain view for all to see.
You propose that you will, through shuffling and cutting, position the card they thought of in the exact position they named. They seem unimpressed. That’s when you ask them to think back to the blue deck from way back before any of this began. That deck is removed and handed to a spectator. She counts cards to the table face up, one for each number. Everyone holds their breath as the last card is reached. When it is turned over…it is the thought of card!

The magician has an ordinary deck of cards, removes all the Aces, and places them face up on the table. 3 more cards are placed at random face down on top of each Ace. Magician picks any pile and shows top 3 cards. Ace is shuffled in, and when they are all shown face up again, the Ace has become a different card! This happens again with two other Aces. Finally, last pile is shown to be four Aces!

Liquid has been in the workshop for years and is now ready for release, here's what it looks like.
What it looks like, Spectator signs a completely free choice (no force), the card is then lost in the deck and handed to the spectator to hold and shuffle. A cocktail napkin is then borrowed and inspected along with a window. The window is then covered with the cocktail napkin and the cards are sprung at the window. All the cards fall and the shadow of one card is seen behind the napkin, the napkin is ripped and revealed to show the signed card, which is then surgically pulled back through the window and handed to the spectator to keep.

Take your specs around the window and show them that the card is stuck in the middle of the glass, spectators on both sides of the window can see and feel that the card is in the middle, then the magician or spectator removes it from the opposite side of the glass themselves.
Bonus Effect Target by Eric Simmatis
Get a card selected and signed, then draw a target on a transparent window. Throw the cards at the window and behind the center of the target is the selected signed playing card! Now take a napkin and wipe the target, the card will wipe away leaving the target!
