CARD MAGIC
This is a pet effect of the inventor that fools everyone. A regular deck of cards is shown, there are no extra cards, there are no repeating sequences etc. the deck is spread face down, any card is removed and placed to one side. The cards are dealt one at a time onto the table or into a spectators hand. They can stop on any card!! The card they stop on is placed with the other removed card. These two cards are turned face up they are a matching pair - example - the 3 of hearts and 3 of diamonds.

A regular deck of Bicycles are freely shown and shuffled. Any card is selected, signed and returned to the deck. The magician now states that they will find the card in an unusual manner. The spectator is asked to concentrate on the deck, nothing seems to be happening. Then slowly the top card starts to float of the deck, higher and higher it mysteriously rises. The spectator is asked to place their fingers on the back of the card, still it remains suspended even though you are not touching the card. The card is now turned over by the spectator, it is the signed card.
