ROGER'S THESAURUS by ROGER CROSTHWAITE & JOHN HIGHAM
This is a book that filled with top-notch material from some of the world's best magicians. Some of the contributors are Jack Avis, Gordon Bruce, Peter Duffie, Cy Enfield, Edward Mario, Trevor Lewis, Simon Lovell, Roy Walton, Herb Zarrow and more. There are seventy-five different effects and over ninety original sleights and subtleties. There are seven chapters in all.
The contents include Roger's complete card act that won the 1984 Magic Circle Close-Up Award. It is called "Think A Card." In the effect a card is merely thought of, then revealed.
